CHAMPAGNE RUINART
Founded in 1729, Ruinart is the oldest champagne house in France. Its superb cellars, dug out over three levels, form a beautiful complex of Gallo-Roman chalk pits, listed as a historic monument in 1931. In 2024, the House will adorn itself with a brand-new space, the Nicolas Ruinart Pavilion, designed by Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto. Here you can taste rare vintages, exclusive cuvées and wine and food pairings, as well as visit the crayères, where you can learn about the key stages in making Ruinart Champagne.
