Vegetable baskets for all locavores! This young AMAP works with farmers in the Reims region to offer you a short circuit of local, fresh and environmentally friendly products. Every Thursday at the Cartonnerie, Nicolas and Nathalie offer you their baskets of organic vegetables and eggs. You will find the classic tomatoes, courgettes, cucumbers and pumpkins in season but also more exotic flavours such as Chinese cabbage pak choï or mizuna cabbage to improvise surprising recipes.
