With a strong family know-how, Julie has developed very particular maturing techniques to offer her customers rare and atypical cheeses that will certainly melt you. On its shelves, a fine selection with a sweet scent of terroir where chaource, farm langres, vine stocks, maroilles... the best of the small local producers mix. On the delicatessen side, you will find fine delicatessen and wine to accompany the tasting. The shop also offers fondues to order, custom-made aperitif trays and cheese pieces for your events.
