In the gallery of the E.Leclerc shopping center in Saint-Brice-Courcelles and Champfleury, at snack time, you can enjoy delicious home-made Liège waffles, Brussels waffles or pancakes made with quality ingredients since 1996. Selected flour, fresh eggs, good whole milk and real butter make the success of this traditional house. Salted butter caramel, pastry chocolate, speculoos or chestnut cream, a large choice of toppings, each more delicious than the last, are available, without forgetting the toppings bar (marshmallows, roasted almonds...) and comforting hot drinks.

Margotte de Liège, waffle and crêpe workshop since 1996, delights gourmets with its handcrafted products.
Renowned above all for its speciality: the Liège waffle, Margotte also offers Brussels waffles and wheat pancakes, made by hand with quality ingredients. Selected flour, fresh eggs, good milk and real butter have made our much-loved recipes a success since 1996.
We welcome you from Monday to Saturday, at all times of the day, with our range of waffles and sweet crêpes, as well as home-made savoury crêpes. Our products are baked in front of your eyes every day, and you can enjoy them on site (depending on the outlet) or to take away. You can reinvent your snack every day thanks to our wide choice of melting toppings and crunchy toppings!
Margotte de Liège is also a sweet catering service for companies: breakfast, afternoon tea, seminars or meetings, we offer a range of made-to-measure formulas.Contact us for a quote.
