HÔTEL-RESTAURANT LE CHEVAL ROUGE
Address offering a speciality of the city with pork meats and patties filled with land and sea
An institution that's been delighting gourmets since 1892, but above all a must for sampling the town's specialty: pig's trotters à la Sainte-Ménehould, a recipe for pork trotters that are boiled for a long time, then breaded, where everything is eaten, even the bones. Everything about pigs is good! This speciality is also available as a galette with snails, or as an accompaniment to veal tournedos with vinaigrette. A true culinary voyage through Champagne awaits you.

Mise à part un service un poil long.
L'endroit était calme, la terrasse est grande pour le coup, la façade de l'établissement à son charme avec sa vieille vigne vierge.
