Today, it is the fifth generation, and the great-grandson, Mathias, who is in charge of the estate with his wife. More than six hectares are planted, mainly in first growth, for an annual production of about 30 000 bottles. The vineyard is managed in sustainable viticulture. In the range, we find the Cuvée Brut Grande Réserve which testifies to their know-how. A wine with a powerful nose of honey and hazelnut, with a light mineral touch that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or at the table with a nice fish in sauce.
