Two-storey house offering a house speciality, local cheese and other dishes with local colours in Sézanne
Just at the corner of the pastry, you have to borrow the alley to find the Mezzanine. On the first floor of this house, the gastronomy and the land allow you to discover in a warm, intimate and simple setting, all exposed beams. Cécile and Sylvain Boisrenoult are operating here in the kitchen and serving her. The speciality of the house is crisp with chaource, emblematic cheese of the land of Dawn… Other dishes to local colors, such as string andouillette, are discovered with pleasure.
