The Collard family welcomes you to their Ferme Terre de Cœur in Somme-Tourbe where they raise farm poultry in the open air and grow potatoes and cereals. A discovery trail will allow you to learn more about the different productions of this farm conducted in sustainable agriculture, the path of products from the land to your plate as well as the facilities put in place to enhance the biodiversity of the land. On direct sale, you will find a wide choice of farm poultry: guinea fowl, chickens, roosters, poulards and even capons and red turkeys from the Ardennes during the holiday season, not to mention the farm's specialities, terrines and homemade dishes made from poultry and potatoes in season.
