In the stronghold of champagne, this distillery is exceptional for Single Malt lovers. Indeed during my visit to the distillery, a dozen whiskies is offered to tasting. Matured was Jerez, Meurseault, Sauternes, Vin Jaune, dug peat, smoked etc. the range is impressive and ends with the must Monsieur Guillon: the Single Malt of the Montagne De Reims that does not envy his cousins scottish or Irish.
