This wine-growing property has been developing several generations of champagne from vineyards located on the land of Louvois and Bouzy. These wines are among the best in Champagne. Born in the facilities of this property, wines come from Pinot noir and chardonnay grape varieties. There are six: Cuvée of Selection, Cuvée of Reserve, Cuvée Vintage, Cuvée Rosé, Cuvée Blanc de Blanc, Cuvée 2 H (like Henri and Henriette Louvet, precursors of the Champagne Yves Louvet), among whom we distinguerons wine Selection to which a more prolonged ageing gives a more pronounced maturity and a more fruity fruity.
