Open Thursday to Monday for lunch and dinner. Menus from €295 to €395. Set lunch menu: €265 (drinks included only at lunchtime on weekdays, excluding public holidays). Terrace. Valet parking. Boutique.
Owner's Message
Jean-Pierre and Colette LALLEMENT started their activities in 1975 in a village called Chalons Sur Vesle, a few kilometers from Reims.
In 1986, they decided to expand and to settle in Tinqueux, near Reims.
The house was completely transformed. From an old bourgeois house, it became a hotel-restaurant.
In 1996, their son Arnaud returned to work with his father.
In 2001, he obtained his first star.
In 2005, his second star.
In 2009, the restaurant and the reception were completely renovated.
At the end of 2010, heavy construction was undertaken. New suites were created
All renovations were carried out with our architect from Reims, Grégory Guillemain. All these efforts were rewarded with a fifth star for the hotel in 2013.
In 2014, the Chef obtained the third Michelin star in the gastronomic restaurant and was elected Cook of the Year by the Gault & Millau
Today, the hotel has 33 rooms (including 20 suites) spread over 4 floors. We also have a covered and heated swimming pool and a private parking lot.
Since 2015, we are members of Relais et Châteaux.
