Côté cuisine c'est waouh ! Un vrai régal pour les papilles, les goûts sont justes les cuissons parfaitement maîtrisées, une cuisine d'émotions.
Le cadre est magnifique ce qui ne gâche rien.
Nous avons passé un agréable moment grâce à un personnel sympathique simple et chaleureux et le passage du chef à table à deux reprises montre bien que votre bien être est le leitmotiv de l'assiette Champenoise !
Je recommande vivement l'accord mets vins.
