During a champagne visit Christophe Varlot, you meet Christophe or Stéphanie who explains to visitors their work and know-how. Guided tour of the vaulted cellars, the press, the cellar and then during the tasting you discover the vineyards of the house. Warm owners who explain the vinification in oak drum for the white white white, the bleeding of bleeding - it is the Pearl Pearl -, and then there is also la Cuvée Jade which assembles 90% of Chardonnay and 10% of Pinot Noir and the Cuvée which counts 90% of Pinot Noir and 10% of Chardonnay.
