Behind the chivalrous emblem of the domaine and its status as a récoltant-manipulant, lie generations of passionate winemakers who have been bringing consistent quality to their wines since 1968. The estate is currently run by Jean-Paul Deville, supported by his daughter Marie-Alice, an oenologist who joined him in 2011. The distinctive feature of this estate is the blend of wines made predominantly from Pinot Noir Grand Cru grapes grown in the remarkable Montagne de Reims region.
