The Food Truck travels through the villages and stops on Monday evening in Fegersheim and Friday evening in Bischoffsheim. And it is the greatest delight of gluten-free enthusiasts. The pizzas and flambé pies on offer are generously garnished and their flavour is appreciated. You will have the choice among the twenty or so pies available. The classics are on the menu, accompanied by some original creations: Indian (tomato, chicken, curry, cream, cheese) and the special Cigo'pizz house (merguez tomato, fresh mushrooms, anchovies, goat cheese). Not to mention the flambéed pies, including munster, goat, forest gratin. It is better to order before coming.
