To cater for all levels of ability, there are 4 courses: a 1.5 km circuit for young runners aged 10 and over, two other courses of 5.2 and 10 km for runners aged 14 and over, and an 8 km walking circuit. The route takes in both village streets and wooded areas. Open to as many people as possible and based on a friendly, family spirit, the event also gives the very young the chance to discover athletics.
