Michelin-starred inn offering modern and traditional cuisine with seasonal products, a menu of refined dishes
In this chic inn in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, take the time to appreciate the creations of starred chef Dominique Giraudeau. A combination of modernity and tradition, his cuisine sublimates the beautiful seasonal products. From Breton lobster ravioli to roasted deer fillet from the Loire Valley, the menu offers refined dishes, executed with finesse and impeccably prepared. From mid-December to the beginning of March, the black truffle menu alone is worth a trip to Villers-Allerand. An essential stopover in Champagne for all lovers of good food.

Nice staff, fantastic advice for champagne, but not one single delicate dish, worth of a Michelin star. Very Old fashioned food, with e.g. a lobster jelly with whipped cream. It does not live up to the price or the star, but maybe it’s because of a country difference. In Denmark (and Greenland), the one Michelin star restaurants have a very different and higher standard.
