In the heart of the Argonne Massif, Sophie Laluc welcomes you to her farm. Her livestock consists of about a hundred dairy goats, Saanen which give a sweet milk and Alpines whose milk is more typical and nearly 70 ewes. The day starts at dawn with milking, before moving on to the production in his laboratory: fresh and matured cheeses, tomme, dung, logs but also yoghurts and faisselle... Sophie also offers dry sausage, merguez, chorizo, goat pie and lamb and kid meat in season.
