MARIKO SCULPTURE
Mariko Sculpture is an arts and crafts workshop located in Ajaccio. The artist, Mariko, draws her inspiration from her African and Japanese origins, as well as from her many travels around the world. Her work is characterized by the use of different materials such as bronze, stone, resin and stoneware. She creates sculptures depicting fantastic characters, animals and cultural symbols. Mariko attaches great importance to the earth, considered the primordial material and receptacle of all life. Her creations are the fruit of meticulous work and reflect her passion for art and creation. The studio is open to the public and offers regular exhibitions of her sculptures.
