Here the Corsican cuisine is traditional with its canelloni with brocciu, storzapprezzi, sautéed veal or wild boar stew and other delights of the island that have honored the land for many generations. One thing is certain: you won't leave here hungry! The atmosphere is relaxed and warm as in a tavern where good humor is the order of the day to accompany the good food!

Une carte assez courte mais diversifiée (souris d'agneau, poulpe, beignet de courgettes...) et un beau choix de vins du cru. Tout est fait maison avec de beaux et bons produits. Parfaitement cuisiné, beignets à se mordre les doigts. Adresse authentique comme on les aime. Et en plus on est très bien reçu. Quand je vois ce qu'il reste à découvrir en plats chez Pascale mais vivement que je revienne à Ajaccio !
