Opened in April 2016 in the festive street of Ajaccio by chef Romuald Royer (a Michelin star for Le Lido de Propriano), Mani offers a chic and relaxed atmosphere. You will taste the delicious local Abbatucci veal meat available as sausage or as a Romuald style burger with béarnais/muscat/ savora sauce and homemade bread of course! On the sea side, the octopussy burger or the fennel butter umbrella fillet... then the chocolate cream with immortal fleur de sel and olive oil, products combined with passion and talent. The decoration is modern, the service is invigorating and smiling. A good time in perspective!
