DOLCE VITA
A magical place to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine from short circuits and local fishing in Ajaccio.
From this dreamy, refined setting, you can gaze out over the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Iles Sanguinaires, but that's far from being Dolce Vita's only asset. This is the home of Jean Jacques Lovichi, son of Gisèle from Sartène's Santa Barbara, and professionalism is just as much a part of the equation as good taste and know-how. Here, fish is at its best when caught locally, and the plates are already a feast for the eyes. You'll enjoy lobster and Mediterranean cuisine from short supply chains. An attentive team at your service.
