It is almost a historical monument to see this Mr. Vero behind his large pans preparing his famous lobster pasta with the sauce of which only he and his son Anthony know the recipe. Here, the formula hasn't changed since the beginning, in 1988: it's open when the sea is good and if not, we wait for the good weather to taste this exceptional dish. An intimate terrace, a room and the photos of all the jet set which comes en masse to crouch in this alley of the old Ajaccio. Booking is essential to be able to sit here and have a dream... Et j’ai pas de doute sur la qualité car cela donne vraiment envi vue les assiettes
Mais une fois donné notre nom le serveur nous a dit j’ai rien à se nom !!!!
