We are here above all at Jean-Jean's, a colourful character who leaves no one indifferent. It is almost a historical monument to see this Mr. Vero behind his large pans preparing his famous lobster pasta with the sauce of which only he and his son Anthony know the recipe. Here, the formula hasn't changed since the beginning, in 1988: it's open when the sea is good and if not, we wait for the good weather to taste this exceptional dish. An intimate terrace, a room and the photos of all the jet set which comes en masse to crouch in this alley of the old Ajaccio. Booking is essential to be able to sit here and have a dream... Un seul plat au menu et basta.
Musique typique corse. Par contre, petit show quelques fois dans la soirée avec musique particulierement forte. A éviter si vous avez les oreilles sensibles!
Overall, OK mais pas indispensable. Experience survendue. Si vous êtes pressés, évitez aussi.
