Enjoy exceptional dishes such as the famous lobster with pasta and sauce, in a restaurant with an intimate terrace.

We are here above all at Jean-Jean's, a colourful character who leaves no one indifferent. It is almost a historical monument to see this Mr. Vero behind his large pans preparing his famous lobster pasta with the sauce of which only he and his son Anthony know the recipe. Here, the formula hasn't changed since the beginning, in 1988: it's open when the sea is good and if not, we wait for the good weather to taste this exceptional dish. An intimate terrace, a room and the photos of all the jet set which comes en masse to crouch in this alley of the old Ajaccio. Booking is essential to be able to sit here and have a dream... Booking policy leave something to be desired. If they are full for the day, they have the telephone. Therefore same if you call 2 or 3 days front to reserve it is always occupied and if you go on site, nothing is available. Then the pasta with crayfish ..... I would eat them elsewhere

The lobster are good and the atmosphere of Bilboq is fantastic. If you sit near a 12 people, see entering the plateau is an experience in itself. Do not look for a menu it did not have this evening there. No starters, simply a very good crayfish. If the wine list is presented, ask if these wines are available because the red were not. Moreover, do not ask the waiter when the crayfish are fishing, it does not know. However, very warm ajaccio guests will tell you. Finally, if you go to Ajaccio and wish to Bilboq in Jean Jean, be sure to make a reservation, as you might be disappointed.
