Just beyond Tino Rossi's villa is the famous Paillote le Scudo, perched on the rocks overlooking an intimate cove. Enjoy deckchairs and umbrellas, large lunchtime salads and lively aperitifs, followed by seafood, grilled meats and pizzas. Finish off the evening to the sound of trendy music distilled by the DJs from Tuesday to Saturday, depending on the theme of the day (Latino, 80s...), or with an all-nighter to complete the magic of Ajaccio's summer evenings. Nous sommes venus pour boire un apéritif dans l'objectif également de réserver une table pour vendredi soir. Un serveur hautain nous a acceuillis par obligation et de facon très désagréable prétextant que toutes les tables étaient réservées... j'ai de forts doutes quant à la véracité de sa réponse. Nous n'étions sûrement pas dans le moule de la clientèle désirée... est ce la l'accueil corse?
