Restaurant with shaded terrace, well known by the locals for its fish-based cuisine.

An exclusive location for the table of Eva and Paulo Amaro, restaurant professionals well known to the locals. You will appreciate the high level of service which highlights the marine cuisine of chef Ludovic Debailleul, a long-time Corsican, based on local fish. To be savoured in the large panoramic room, doubled with a shaded terrace just above the beach, the lunch menu, the menu of the sea or the small ajaccian fishing and the lobsters of the fishpond. The staff is welcoming and attentive. A sure value!

Rien à dire de négatif : excellent poissons, excellente cuisine, tout est frais, ils nous montrent le poisson cuit avant de le couper, puis pour finir les dessert un délice.
Clairement une adresse à valeur sure pour déguster de bons produits de la mer avec une vue de dingue !

Très bon, mais la balance pour peser le poisson (même avant cuisson) doit être franchement déréglée. 400 gr de mérou facturé pour 200 gr au maximum dans l’assiette, c’est un peu gros. Donc faites attention !
