Brasserie run by Pierre-Paul and Jean-Michel featuring burger recipes (Truffe, Corse, Foie Gras...).
After a great success in Valinco, Pierre-Paul opens a second Brasserie du Burger with Jean-Michel on avenue Noël Franchini in Ajaccio. Here there is no need for a freezer, but rather for a cleaver because the meats are from the butcher, the breads from the baker and the passion for burgers is expressed in the family in the joy of a job well done. On the spot, to take away or in delivery on the big Ajaccio, there are 16 recipes of burgers among which the darlings of the customers as the Truffle, the Corsican (Corsican tome, panzetta, jam of fig) or the Foie Gras.
