Chez Joséphine, "eat and drink, fresh and creative, charcuterie-fromage" is the new concept created by Damien in the pretty rue Bonaparte in the heart of Ajaccio. L'impératrice Joséphine: charcoal bread, salmon sashimi, spinach shoots, cucumber with wasabi cream and avocado. Delicious salads with refined vinaigrettes made from fresh produce, like the six bagel recipes, original creations that you won't find anywhere else. Trays of PDO cold cuts. Homemade desserts, non-stop service and a friendly team. Bravo !

Ils n'ont pas de poste, donc seul l'argent liquide arrive à la caisse et vous êtes en situation de crise.

Personnel et lieu super sympa. Cuisine sur le pouce délicieuse. Malgré le fait que ce ne soit "que" des bagels, il y a de la recherche dans les produits les garnissants. Effiloché de porc, juste merveilleux ????????. Continuez de la sorte surtout.
