Still Antoine and Michel, the son and father in the kitchen and Chantal in the dining room in the new decor with comfortable velvet armchairs. Fine flavours, mastery of cooking and textures for a menu that changes every month. The plates joyfully exude the undeniable freshness of the products that are pampered with talent: lobster and yellow poultry mixed together, lamb confit tempura with samphire and artichoke, homemade lobster ravioli... excellent!
