Francis and Martine Cervasio welcome you to the already renowned Don Quichotte for its fine cuisine and attentive welcome. In the kitchen, the chef concocts a varied and authentic cuisine based on fresh seasonal produce: bouillabaisse, seafood or fish of the day, there's something here for every taste and desire. The restaurant makes its lounges available for private parties, and organizes inspiring Don Quixote evenings to surprise and delight. In December, we love our truffle evenings.

Super restaurant pour notre dernière soirée en Corse et nos 10 ans de Mariage. Nous avons pris du poisson qui était très bon et correct ai niveau prix.

Nous étions sept dans ce restaurant, car nous voulions manger du poisson, mais pas dans les restaurants touristiques. Ce restaurant était un coup de cœur. Il se trouve dans une ruelle que l'on a tendance à ignorer. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La carte du jour était petite, mais c'est un gage de qualité. Et nous n'avons pas été déçus. De la nourriture tout simplement géniale. La qualité que l'on souhaite. Merci pour cette expérience ! Le service était très aimable.
