Francis and Martine Cervasio welcome you to the already renowned Don Quichotte for its fine cuisine and attentive welcome. In the kitchen, the chef concocts a varied and authentic cuisine based on fresh seasonal produce: bouillabaisse, seafood or fish of the day, there's something here for every taste and desire. The restaurant makes its lounges available for private parties, and organizes inspiring Don Quixote evenings to surprise and delight. In December, we love our truffle evenings.

Un peu mitigé, je trouve que pour un "bar à huitres" ça manque ... d'huitres et de poisson dans le menu.
Mais dans l'ensemble un endroit agréable, dans une ruelle d'Ajaccio, avec une belle terrasse en fer forgé.
Côté cuisine, j'ai découvert la cigalle des mers, (cousine éloignée de la langouste) un peu chiche en quantité avec les linguinis.
Bref, une cuisine sans beaucoup d'originalité mais qui tiens la route.
