Restaurant with a simple and efficient menu that changes every season in Ajaccio.

A wide, unobstructed view of Trottel beach, through the huge bay windows in the beautiful Ajaccio neighborhood just off the Route des Sanguinaires. The menu is simple and effective, and changes frequently, with suggestions for salads, pasta and other house specialties. The small, enclosed terrace can accommodate events such as birthdays or other celebrations. In the evenings (except Mondays), the Thai chef proposes Asian dishes, Thai of course, but also sushi.

Escalope de veau panée réchauffée, surcuite, donc panure brûlée et la viande à l'intérieur était d'une couleur suspecte. Malgré notre plainte pourtant légitime, pas de geste commercial. Seulement la serveuse qui a présenté ses excuses alors qu'elle n'était pas responsable. Comment peut-on servir une assiette pareille à un prix que je ne communiquerai pas? Nous étions clients et pour moi ça a été très décevant. Nous avions toujours très bien mangé et ce plat n'était pas à la hauteur du cadre.
Je ne comprends pas ce qui s'est passé. Vraiment dommage...

Les plats sont excellents, le filet de st pierre est fondant en bouche et la fondu de poireau très goûteuse, la poêlée de sèche très bien cuite, le magret de canard aussi avec sa sauce au porto. excellent.
Restaurant très bien situé.
