A canteen in the purest spirit of the little Corsican canteens where the inhabitants of the same neighborhood used to get together to enjoy home cooking concocted behind the counter. Local produce and a small menu that changes daily according to inspiration and presented on a slate: it's all new and created by André and Romain at the beginning of rue Fesch. But why Rosette et Charlot? A tribute to André's grandparents, ice-cream makers and pastry chefs in Sartène. The dishes are tasty, the service fast and the prices very reasonable.
