It's at L'Écrin, cours du Général Leclerc, that we benefit from the precious combined talents of Éléonore and Jonathan. They welcome us to their intimate, well-appointed restaurant. Éléonore's welcome is charming and perfect. As for Jonathan, he concocts delicious dishes to present us with a regularly changing menu (3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts). A creative Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, beautifully presented with fresh produce from short circuits. Try it, adopt it and come back!

Très bonne cuisine et service. Belle assiette sans sacrifier la saveur ou la portion. Je dirais que c'est un incontournable à Ajaccio.

Nous sommes allés au restaurant L'ÉCRIN pour le dîner et avons apprécié un menu surprise de six plats très exceptionnel. L'intérieur du restaurant a l'air très anppea et accueillant et le service était très attentionné. Chaque cours était très bien expliqué. Avec beaucoup d'attention portée aux détails et aux nuances de saveurs, ce simple vin local fantastique en a fait une expérience culinaire mémorable très spéciale. Nous avons été vraiment surpris par le savoir-faire de ce chef talentueux car chaque plat n'était qu'une création de saveurs et d'ingrédients intéressants. Vous ne trouveriez pas facilement un restaurant à ce niveau et nous avons apprécié chaque plat. L'ÉCRIN mérite clairement une étoile Michelin et nous reviendrons certainement la prochaine fois que nous irons.
