Restaurant with a changeable menu for a trip to the land of flavors in Ajaccio

Just a stone's throw from the Citadelle and Port Tino Rossi, in a quiet alleyway, lies Le Petit Restaurant, run by Kristel and Vincent (who has worked as a chef in some of Paris's top establishments). The bright, chic decor is an invitation to travel to the land of flavors. Delicacy of the dishes, local produce: perfect eggs with morel mushrooms, octopus cooked with kamado, delicate desserts... The menu is constantly changing, and the chef will surprise you with his "Éveil des sens" (Awakening of the senses) menu, where you can taste five dishes without knowing them in advance... Venu spécialement de haute corse pour ce restaurant que l'on nous a chaudement recommandé. . Arrivée accueilli par le chef qui nous dit aujourd'hui chandeleur donc menu unique galettes bretonnes et crêpes préparées par la serveuse. A le toupet de nous dire qu'on ne va pas etre déçu. Réservation effectuée 2 jours avant pas de précision sur le menu crêpes. Pas de geste pour s excuser. Pas de repas de substitution. Repas unique ou basta. Regardez bien le calendrier des fêtes avant de vous rendre dans ce restaurant. C est sûrement un très bon chef mais pas très commercial.
