Restaurant with a changeable menu for a trip to the land of flavors in Ajaccio

Just a stone's throw from the Citadelle and Port Tino Rossi, in a quiet alleyway, lies Le Petit Restaurant, run by Kristel and Vincent (who has worked as a chef in some of Paris's top establishments). The bright, chic decor is an invitation to travel to the land of flavors. Delicacy of the dishes, local produce: perfect eggs with morel mushrooms, octopus cooked with kamado, delicate desserts... The menu is constantly changing, and the chef will surprise you with his "Éveil des sens" (Awakening of the senses) menu, where you can taste five dishes without knowing them in advance... Discover it as soon as possible!

Des produits de qualité et une cuisine raffinée comme on en trouve peu sur Ajaccio. Gros bémol, le service n'est pas à la hauteur des ambitions et des prix affichés. En effet, pour un restaurant qui se veut mettre en avant les producteurs locaux (et c'est bien..!), on s'attend au moins à ce que chaque plat soit présenté au client avec fierté et passion... Hors, le service laisse vraiment à désirer, le personnel n'étant pas ni qualifié ni passionné. Dommage !

Tout simplement divin ! C'est un véritable gastro qui mérite plusieurs étoiles. Une cuisine inventive et bourrée de saveurs qui laisse sans voix, bravo au chef et à Kristel pour ce travail accompli et passionné, nous allons revenir très vite. Merci pour ce repas magique !
