Restaurant with terrace which presents good dishes generously concocted and proposed to the slate in Ajaccio
Emmanuelle and Jean-Thomas, well-known restaurateurs from Sagone, have taken over and transformed with the talent they are known for the restaurant which is now called U Pettirossu (the red throat) in the chic districts of Ajaccio. The regulars are already numerous on the terrace where you can smell the sea air and the odors that precede the flavors of good dishes generously concocted and proposed on the slate according to the arrivals: liche tartar, fish returned from fishing, pork ribs, veal shank, eggplant parmiggiani... a sure value address!
