Located in the heart of Ajaccio's old town, Le Directoire is a chic, modern establishment, designed by an architect in wood and elegance, where Jean-Philippe and his team welcome you with care. Two dining rooms, high and low tables, a glass-fronted kitchen and a refined, delicate menu featuring cuisine inspired by the four corners of the world but sourced from the best producers in the micro-region: charcuterie, Corsican ham, falafel, hummus, gyozas, swordfish or veal tartare, filet de boeuf Rossini... a lovely, cosy place where Ajaccians feel right at home.

Des assiettes de délices magnifiquement présentées sont offertes dans une belle atmosphère. La nourriture était fantastique. Nous recommandons vivement le wok, mais les spaghettis aux fruits de mer et la viande étaient également au top. Des assiettes généreuses sont servies. Le service était aimable et prévenant. Le prix un peu plus élevé est justifié.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce restaurant les personnes qui y travaillent sont accueillantes et d' une grande gentillesse.
Les plats étaient très bons aucune fausse note.
