Located in the heart of Ajaccio's old town, Le Directoire is a chic, modern establishment, designed by an architect in wood and elegance, where Jean-Philippe and his team welcome you with care. Two dining rooms, high and low tables, a glass-fronted kitchen and a refined, delicate menu featuring cuisine inspired by the four corners of the world but sourced from the best producers in the micro-region: charcuterie, Corsican ham, falafel, hummus, gyozas, swordfish or veal tartare, filet de boeuf Rossini... a lovely, cosy place where Ajaccians feel right at home.

J'ai eu les larmes aux yeux tout le long du repas et c'était des larmes de joie.
Quel délice ; du service aux plats tout était incroyable ! J'ai mangé le meilleur carpaccio de ma vie au sein du Directoire et le tagliata de bœuf était tendre, goûtu et tout simplement exquis !

Je recommande à 10000%, foncez n'hésitez pas un seul instant !
