Two dining rooms, high and low tables, a glass-fronted kitchen and a refined, delicate menu featuring cuisine inspired by the four corners of the world but sourced from the best producers in the micro-region: charcuterie, Corsican ham, falafel, hummus, gyozas, swordfish or veal tartare, filet de boeuf Rossini... a lovely, cosy place where Ajaccians feel right at home.

Quel délice ; du service aux plats tout était incroyable ! J'ai mangé le meilleur carpaccio de ma vie au sein du Directoire et le tagliata de bœuf était tendre, goûtu et tout simplement exquis !
