U Cinnaronu, well known to Ajaccians and taken over by Jean-Christophe a year ago, hides in the small streets of the center, and it would be a shame not to look for it. A series of pretty stone rooms create an intimate atmosphere, with tablecloths and cloth napkins. A large, quiet terrace and delicious dishes to suit all tastes: Corsican-style snails, entrecote steak, fillet of beef and veal escalope in a variety of recipes, a few pizzas, Corsican-style tripe specialties, Ajaccio-style calamari, pasta... Good and fun!
