Gestionnaire grossier qui voulait arnaquer 40 euros de frais de stationnement par jour qui n'étaient pas annoncés lors de la réservation. La réservation a été annulée. Le gestionnaire refuse de rembourser l'annulation. C'est gourmand et non professionnel et non orienté client.

Bel endroit, réception accueillante, chambre propre, enceintes du sons télé dans la tête de lit, petit balcon avec table et chaises sympathique avec une petite vue sur le port. Beau chat persan en accueil ! On adore.

Très minimaliste au niveau des produits dans la salle de bain...(1 échantillon de gel douche et 1 échantillon de Shampooing pour 2..) pas de démêlant ni crème pour le corp. Indispensable pour un 4*.
Frigo vide...
Très peu de lumière dans la chambre.
Porte d'entrée de l'hôtel très lourde, impossible à ouvrir pour une personne en situation de handicap ou âgée.
