L'ARÔME
François and Hervé have been running this cosy restaurant in Rome's Rue du Roi since 2016. Here you can find Ajaccians all year round, as the products are mainly local, in winter in front of the fireplace where meat and figatelli are grilled over a wood fire and as soon as the weather allows it on the terrace for a dinner aperitif or a meal. You will find local Gulf fish (swordfish, capon, toothfish...) cooked or in tartar with melon and avocado, fresh salads, very nice woks of vegetables, beef or chicken, wild boar stew or wild boar burger (hunter's burger) fresh pasta or beef tartar or the dish of the day. The interior decoration is original with a permanent exhibition of the painter Michel Martelli. An attentive and warm welcome to crown it all and have a good time.
