Concernant le repas : très bon, avec des produit artisanaux. Nous avons demandé l'après midi pour le repas du soir si possibilité d'adapter un menu sans lait (ma femme étant allergique) nous n'avions jamais vu un chef aussi impliqué dans cette demande. Un grand merci a lui.
Nous n'étions pas sûr d'être séduit pas ce concept mais finalement nous avons été conquis et recommandons vraiment de faire cette visite lors d'un séjour a Ajaccio.
