In a modern, bright and colorful space, you can taste on the spot or take away a range of coffees selected, blended and roasted by experts Stéphane and Jérôme Michel, elected Best Roasters in France several years ago and descended from a family of connoisseurs. This is the best coffee shop in Ajaccio, the place is unique with coffee equipment , beans and coffee machine but organize, Eric who is serving me was so nice and friendly, he also roasted the coffee beans. I ordered cappuccino and the taste is amazing strong but balance after taste, then i ordered another one.
