Tradition, tradition. Lots of good things in this artisan bakery at the beginning of Fesch street. Several types of breads, au, cereals, mare, chestnut flour, Easter cacavelli, imbrucciata, finuchietti, blettes, onions, and the whole range of local specialities. This is the meeting place for all the Ajacciens in the neighborhood that comes here every morning.

Félicitations à la Maison Galeani pour les spécialités corses que j'ai dégustées quotidiennement pendant mon séjour à Ajaccio ! Mille mercis et tout particulièrement à Ophélie qui a ajouté une note de convivialité et générosité lors de mon ultime visite. Je recommande le Maquis (châtaigne, myrte, citron)!!! Je recommande vivement cette boulangerie, bien achalandée le matin tout comme l’après-midi on trouve du très bon pain ainsi que des pâtisseries délicieuses (les falculleles à base de brocciu par exemple! ) service agréable, dans la bonne humeur.
