Tradition, tradition. Lots of good things in this artisan bakery at the beginning of Fesch street. Several types of breads, au, cereals, mare, chestnut flour, Easter cacavelli, imbrucciata, finuchietti, blettes, onions, and the whole range of local specialities. This is the meeting place for all the Ajacciens in the neighborhood that comes here every morning.

I francesi entrano, la signora anziana li saluta. Entrano gli italiani che non sanno parlare bene il francese e sembra che ci faccia un favore a servirci. Ciliegina sulla torta: ci deride anche mentre usciamo fuori.

D’habitude je prend des pâtisseries, pizzas ou spécialités corse qui sont juste incroyable.
Aujourd’hui je me suis laissé tenté par leur veau aux olives accompagné de Polenta et c’était vraiment exquis. Je recommande sans hésiter Maison Galeani.
