Restaurant with panoramic terrace offering traditional cuisine.

It is one of the oldest hotels in Corsica, in the same family since5th generation. The restaurant offers a family welcome and traditional cuisine with two air-conditioned rooms and a panoramic terrace shaded by a lime tree and cherry trees. Excellent homemade charcuterie, Corsican vegetable soup, zucchini fritters, wild boar stew with myrtle (in season), sautéed Corsican veal with olives, cannelloni with "brocciu", chestnut flour flan/fennel sauce.

Charmant hotel, chambres bien rénovées avec goût et simplicité. Calme. Équipe conviviale et attentionnée. Très bon restaurant. Bonne cuisine corse classique mais aussi créative. |État d’esprit paisible des montagnes en été er charme d’un esprit familiale.

Endroit exceptionnel. Un accueil chaleureux et familial. Les chambres sont rénovées avec très bon goût. Une vue superbe. La cuisine traditionnelle de très bonne qualité. Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable avec de belles rencontres. Merci à Georgette et sa famille pour l accueil. Nous reviendrons en moto quand j aurais récupéré mes 2 jambes. A bientôt.
