Restaurant with panoramic terrace offering traditional cuisine.

It is one of the oldest hotels in Corsica, in the same family since5th generation. The restaurant offers a family welcome and traditional cuisine with two air-conditioned rooms and a panoramic terrace shaded by a lime tree and cherry trees. Excellent homemade charcuterie, Corsican vegetable soup, zucchini fritters, wild boar stew with myrtle (in season), sautéed Corsican veal with olives, cannelloni with "brocciu", chestnut flour flan/fennel sauce.

Vue depuis la fenêtre de la chambre. Hôtel genialissime, à l'ancienne, dans un petit village extra typique. La propriétaire est très gentille. Tranquillité. Pas envie de repartir surtout après un petit déj excellent en terrasse
