Located in the heart of Bonifacio, this gourmet restaurant is well worth a visit. It's an ideal starting point for exploring the town's must-see sites. What's more, Aria Nova offers a convivial setting for a tasty break. You can sit down in its elegant dining room or on its beautiful terrace to enjoy the fine weather and the sea view. Here, chef Sébastien Caudron invites you to discover a creative and refined cuisine, featuring fresh, seasonal and local ingredients. His menu offers a wide choice of Corsican specialties, such as fish soup. For starters, enjoy ceviche of sea bream with mango or Corsican veal tartare. You can then continue with suckling pig leg or squid ink tagliolini with large clams. Seafood lovers can also indulge in pan-fried king prawns, braised octopus tentacle or royal Bonifacio lobster. To round off your meal, pastry chef Karine Broussier offers delicious desserts such as homemade carpaccio of pineapple confit in syrup, chestnut tiramisu or fiardone. At Aria Nova, you'll also discover a fine wine list, with carefully selected nuggets to complement each specialty. An excellent address for a romantic meal, lunch with friends or dinner with the family.

The quality of food was appalling!
French beans with truffle were overcooked and soggy, aubergine was terrible for taste. The risotto was preheated and wasn’t freshly prepared.
